Updates

Hey hey,

Just an update on some PR's I've set this month!

1.) 10K: 46:25 (7:29 pace)... ran this during a Top to Top Run Club practice on 3/3/10, so it wasn't an official race or anything. I ran this one a lot more comfortably than the previous 10K race I ran in which I PRed.

2.) MARATHON: 3:52:53 (8:53 pace)... ran this at the LA Marathon on 3/21/10. Ran it pretty comfortably as well. Didn't "cross that line" you go over if you go too fast, ya know? But definitely got close to the line (comfortably). Here are my stats/splits

Then, Pumpkin 5K (of course) and another marathon if I wanna complete my 2010 goal of running 5. I'll need to find a 10K and 1/2 marathon too and maybe do those.
