That link has a spreadsheet of runs I've done since January 2006. Pace, Distance, and Time are all plotted. The only real trend is that my pace is slowly declining :)
Nice dude! I have a feeling I'm going to get McAllisterized after seeing that graph... damn, I'm not even running a 5K in training... how the hell am I going to run for an hour?
